First off, I'd like to say thank you for resolving this ticket: https://feedback.koinly.io/bug-reports-public/p/cronos-chain-sync-reports-incorrect-cro-balance-and-doesnt-track-conversions-of
Now that this is fixed, Koinly is seeing the correct CRO and VVS balance in my Cronos wallet. However, it seems Koinly is still getting confused when unstaking VVS and is failing to reconcile the reported balance.
Fortunately I have a very small transaction history so you can see what's happening easily from the screenshots below.
On January 31st, I staked 994,000 VVS. On March 22nd, I withdrew 1,071,751.28145792 VVS, meaning I earned 77,751.28145792 over the period of the stake.
As you can see from the screenshots below, Koinly doesn't understand where this March 22nd deposit came from. It should be reporting the 77,751.28145792 difference as income.
Also when transferring the 994,000 VVS to the smart contract I think it should not be showing a loss?

Staking txns have to be tagged as Sent/Received from Pool manually. In your case it looks like your principal is returned combined with rewards. It's not possible to split them automatically since the withdrawal from the pool is recorded like this in the blockchain. The workaround is to delete the original txn and replace it with 2 others:
1) Principal deposit tagged as Received from Pool
2) Reward part tagged as Reward
