Crypto.com exchange sync does not detect withdrawal fees

As you can see from the screenshots, fees paid when withdrawing crypto to external addresses are not detected in the transaction.
The screenshots show that the balance calculated differs of the exact amount paid in fees (first screenshot was a BEP20 BTC transfer).

Would you be able to share your email or the Wallet ID of this wallet? (it's in the URL when you're looking at the wallet).
We're not aware of any issues so this would be very useful for us to see (and fix)
