Cyber Chain “Access Denied” when syncing

Cyber chain has not been syncing for some time. Error appears that says “Access denied: Forbidden” when trying to sync the wallet. 
Any chance in getting this fixed?

Try syncing the wallet again - looks like the last time the wallet was synced was 4 months ago, maybe there was some outage on the API back then.

If I add your public key to my test account, the wallet syncs just fine

Jack thanks for the help. I was trying as recent as yesterday and it kept saying access denied when syncing that one wallet. I added a sync start date for the beginning of the year and it sync’d ok now.
