Decentralising client data on Koinly

Following the recent notification re security incident on the Third-party platform Mixpanal. KOINLY needs to implement decentralisation of all client data (our data) so that it is impossible for bad actors to get hold of our home address, phone numbers, emails and other personal data even if the is a data breach on Third-Party Platform like Mixpanel, we are putting our trust in you Koinly

To be clear, Koinly did not experience a data breach, and no wallet addresses, transaction data or tax data were exposed.
The issue relates to a third-party analytics provider used by many platforms. We strictly limit what data is shared with external tools, and sensitive financial or on-chain data is never shared with analytics services.
We’ve already taken action by discontinuing use of the affected provider and are conducting a broader review of all third-party integrations. A detailed explanation was shared directly with users by email.
Protecting user data and maintaining trust is a top priority for us.
