WhiteBit API: Import Lending Interest

I have a Whitebit business account, and my API key has the permission to import lending interest, but Koinly doesn't import it anyway.

It's not possible to import lending interest for personal accounts (Whitebit's API doesn't allow it)

so the only way to import transactions from whitebit earn program is to export csv and make custom koinly-acceptable csv?

There is a couple of issues related to the way of handling coins/tokens on "Earn" program on WhiteBIT.
- Balances on "Earn" program are not included in "Total value" of the wallet. This causes "Total value" on the UI at Koinly to be different from "Total balance" on WhiteBIT.
- Incomes from "Earn" program are ignored. They should be regarded as transactions tagged with "lending interest".
