Keep Getting Logged out

I am not sure what to do. I log in to my account and it shows updating gain and then it keeps logging me out. I tried different browsers, I am not using VPN, and I cleared my cache. I tried contacting the team through chat, but nothing. I don't know what to do now

I keep on getting logged out (started happening recently and looking at the OP date, it seems like this is a yearly thing). Also, it doesn't matter which web browser I use, and whether I clear cookies, I still get logged out. Even on the phone app.

You can fix this on your end by deleting all cookies related to koinly.io and app.koinly.io
The process of deleting cookies is different on every browser, here are instructions for Chrome:
