I think I found a bug in koinly's importing software. Certain transactions refuse to import because koinly reports them as "duplicates" for some reason, even though the duplicates don't exist!

When I try to import a file through wallets -> "import file", it reports it as "duplicate". I checked for transactions on and around the date and nothing comes up. I also checked the whole database for those transaction id's and none of those come up either. If I manually "Add" a transaction, it enters into the database and does not complain of a "duplicate".

If you email me privately, I can give you the exact file that is causing the error to replicate the issue with your developers. The file uses the standard koinly template. Importing different transactions works fine using the exact same template.

The issue is a bug in your software can cause me to pay a lot more in taxes unnecessarily. I am thinking about using a brand new account and importing fresh transactions to get around this bug.
