Hello, my Koinly account is mismarking my transaction data. There is NO way to put it on its feet, but having losses tells me that I have profits. I can only talk to an AI agent who gives wrong answers all the time and when I contradict him, he starts giving different answers to confuse me more. I can't contact customer service, they only reply to an email that isn't a person either because it DOESN'T SOLVE MY PROBLEMS. There are a lot of inconsistencies and lack of values that it tells me to enter manually, when I hired Koinly because it's supposed to be automatic. I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE about my problem, NOT with an email after two days that doesn't solve my problems with Koinly. If not, I want my money back, since you are not providing the right service. There are so many errors that I even consider different criteria depending on the wallet of origin. The transfer of crypto from Nexo to Binance considers me a withdrawal, and it does not contemplate the expense of transferring them, when I ask the AI agent he tells me that I don't have Binance connected, when he is... and like this problem, thousands. If I click on the link where it says support (koinly.io/contact), I get the AI agent again. It's a nightmare. Can anyone give me real contact or have they experienced these problems?
