multiple problems resetting my password and still having the system say error ..?

finally managed to get to this page so i am giving feedback .. i am now very uncertain of using this system as it has problems with the LOG IN ??! and i am to trust it while trying to unscramble my first time crypto tax for ato ?!..

Hi Mike,
I see that you have been able to create an account and have been using it recently.
This was most likely happening due to Cloudflare being down but we are reliant on their services.
