Sorry about this - we had to tighten login security to stop a large DDoS attack (via Cloudflare), which may have blocked some legitimate users.
If you were making a lot of requests or using a shared IP, that’s likely why.
We’ve recently made changes to reduce this for normal users so if you’re still having issues, email support@koinly.io (or click on the chat button) so we can whitelist your IP if needed.

I just started getting the same CORS issue that Jack reported below. Everything was fine for hours this morning and then started getting the network error when updating transactions. As you know, it's tax time in the U.S. so we really need this issue resolved ASAP please.

The team has basically been unable to log in for the past 24 hours, with only intermittent access. Our entire accounting team is unable to work on client accounts because of this issue, and we keep getting kicked out due to a “network error.”
This is becoming very problematic for both our team and our clients. We’re not sure whether our office IP has been flagged, but the standard cache-clearing recommendations we’ve already received have not resolved the issue.

same results here; no fix, no internet outage to speak of on my end. no network problems. purely on koinly's part.
chatbot entirely unable to identify it. issue is severe enough to impact any ability to log in on any device on any connection.
