What time zone do we select while uploading the nexo .csv to Koinly is it UTC or is it gmt +2 or other?
P

Brave Wombat:
The CSV files from Nexo are now in CET (+2:00) but Koinly knows this already even if you don't specify the timezone :)

Finally some good news!
Nexo files are now fully supported.
Note: If you generated your Nexo history prior to Saturday the 9th then you need to generate a new transaction history!
The reason for this delay was that the new format provided by Nexo was actually broken and all Exchange transactions were wrong. Nexo fixed this issue this Saturday which allowed us to complete this integration

Petur: Is the best method to start totally clean and wipe ALL prior Nexo wallets and transactions, then reimport the entire history from scratch? Or can I have some OLD data, some pre-fix data, and some post-fix data? I'm really confused!

Obliged Bobcat:
You are probably better off by just deleting the wallet and recreating it. This will ensure that everything is accurate and that you don't get any duplicates (Koinly will usually ignore duplicates but this may fail when there has been a major format change)

Petur: Thank you. Will do.

Petur: I uploaded my Nexo CSV which has 655 rows. The upload says it imported 345 transactions and skipped 300 something rows - do you know why this is? Is this normal for Nexo imports?

Oh one more thing – sorry. My tax report now is (very!) different. I am worried I still have to edit trades/settings. Is the new site/api or whatever definitely 100% up to date? I don't have to edit any more transactions like before right?

Nexo CSV Format Update

Intermediate Basilisk
Nexo appears to have updated their CSV export and that appears to have broken my import in the meantime. This was previously simpler and now will require translating their CSV over to the appropriate format provided in your template. Requesting support in modifying the current CSV import methods to match modifications to allow CSV imports from Nexo once again, without error.

Any progress? Getting very close to tax deadlines

Hi all,
We finally have some good news about this issue!
Nexo have now fixed their transaction exports so that the necessary information is now included :)
The new format has been completely changed so we need to create a new importer for this file before it can be read by our system. This thread will be updated once it is complete but it should take no more than a week (probably less).
If anyone needs to import the file more urgently then I would recommend changing the column names to match our universal format as shown here:
The format of the new Nexo file is very similar to our universal format but the column names are different

Petur: will I need to delete the Nexo transactions and/or wallet and “start over” with your update?
P
Petur
Fiscal Sparrow:
If you have any errors in your Nexo wallet then that would be a good idea.
If your wallet is fine then there is no need to recreate it but it would still be a good idea since the new format might import duplicates if the new files contains the same transactions (this is because the format changed so the duplicate detection might not catch them all)

Petur: thanks, having the same issue, glad its almost fixed

Petur: Hello Petur, any update on this? Koinly doesn't seem to be able to detect interest earnings in the CSV file generated by Nexo.
