Xero Integration fails with too many transactions and big numbers

I am trying to sync my transactions to Xero, but I am getting several errors.
- Error: Too many transactions for sync, try syncing again
I am getting this error. Your info box says 5000 transactions were synced, but when I look in Xero, there are no transactions synced
- I'm getting errors where the numbers are too big or small, and I have no way to exclude these transactions.
