Currently Koinly does not support Firelight Staked XRP (aka STXRP) and does not provide a monetary figure for any holdings.

When a user provides two parameters with 'AND', both of them should apply unequivocally. That's not the case currently. Example: when 2 currencies are filtered out, the user expects ONLY transactions with these 2 tokens to be filtered out, and no others, where, i.e., only 1 shows in the entry (common in exchanges)

It would be helpful have the Function/Method names included in the .CSV export. I would like to generate a histogram of the method names used but cannot currently do that.

To be able to remember wallets that are not mine, to facilitate the work instead of putting 0x5EF2D8... D being able to save it as a Binance Wallet (wallet to send money to our Binance account) It's a made-up example

It is currently impossible to see transaction times in the standard 24h format - instead 20:00 it is always displayed as 8:00 pm. I saw there was a feature request for this already - https://feedback.koinly.io/feature-requests/p/display-time-in-24hr-clock - that was closed as complete(which I do not agree with). What I want from this feature request is a toggle in the account settings to set time display format as 24h in the transactions view.

If you set a deposit as 'Pool out' in the transaction page drop down and then populate the source / destination fields via 'edit' then 'Pool out' no longer displays. It is replaced by 'transfer'. Please change it back to how it used to be, i.e. with the 'Pool out' displaying regardless of other changes. I notice that if you alter source / destination fields after marking it as 'Pool in' then 'Pool in' WILL still display afterwards.

Please, please set up an auto-sync API connection for Pionex - particularly for the trading bots and futures.

The CSV import routinely misidentifies some coins. LINK staking ( https://stake.link ) is a prime example - you get paid a stLINK token (0xb8b295df2cd735b15be5eb419517aa626fc43cd5) every few days, but I can't specify the token address in the CSV - I must specify "stLINK", which often ends up mapping to the wrong coin. Just let me specify "0xb8b295df2cd735b15be5eb419517aa626fc43cd5" as the transaction's currency please. There are TONS of tokens with identical names so your current strategy of matching them by name is ineffective.
