API/CSV issues (public)

Receiving API error when syncing on all my Cardano wallets for the last 5 days. The error is "The API is currently experiencing some issues (). Please try again shortly". This occurred after blockchain update.

Variety of transactions involving bridging and swaps are not imported.

We have obtained a new file format for Derivatives, Spot and Wallet operations. These were provided to developers for mapper update. When I try to sync my Cardano wallet using my public key, I get an error: API Error: max execution time exceeded, try syncing again After repeating the sync, the error persists but no new transactions get imported.

Transaction involving direct operations XSTRK><VXSTRK vice-versa are not imported. Please enter the transactions manually, XSTRK token exists in the database. We will be looking into the contract operations and import them in the future.

Some wallets are not syncing with this error. Only some transactions get imported leaving a large amount of negative balances. Developers are notified about this error and are investigating.

There appears to be an error after transitioning to a new Subscan importer format. Wallets refuse to sync with absolutely no data imported giving a 404 error. As a workaround - please add the transactions manually. Primarily, connect existing transfers to/from other wallets. Aggregate and add the staking rewards/trades etc., via Koinly UI. https://support.koinly.io/en/articles/9489979-how-to-add-transactions-manually Developers are investigating the issue, a sample dataset was provided already.

When I use "Continue with Coinbase" to sync my transactions, automatic transfers with unused margin are imported as "Realized PNL" Workaround If I don't want those transfers to be added to my "Other gains", I can manually remove the tag - What are Tags
