API/CSV issues (public)

Variety of transactions involving bridging and swaps are not imported.

We are investigating this recent upgrade to the accounts and will be implementing the fix shortly. If you have upgraded your account, please resort to CSV files.

When I sync my abstract wallet some trades are missing details. The ETH I have purchased in a DEX trade is not imported into my wallet on Koinly. Only the disposal of the tokens I used to purchase the ETH is recorded. Workaround Manually add the received ETH amount until fixed

Only a portion of liquidated transactions is imported via API. It is visible on the CSV import under: Market Order Liquidation: Close Long Backstop Liquidation: Cross Long API doesn't seem to import a complete figure. Developers are investigating this issue.

The CSV import of the same wallet shows a positive funding fee. Data imported via API shows a negative funding fee. Developers will investigate the specifics and attempt to fix this bug shortly.

When I sync my Solana wallet some of the NFT trades are missing and Koinly only imports them as a deposit or send of SOL Workaround Until fixed I will need to manually add the NFT deposit/withdrawal and merge them with the SOL transaction on Koinly to create a trade.

Some USDT transactions where LP is created are not imported.

When I sync my Hyperliquid wallet with Koinly using my public key, I have some balance discrepancies between reported/calculated spot assets. I noticed that the fees Koinly is importing are 100x smaller than what I see on Hyperliquid Workaround I need to edit the trades (Edit locked fields) and change the fee's decimal point - e.g. if the fee is 0.0065 I should change it to 0.65 - move the decimal 2 places.

When I try to sync my OKX account with Koinly using my API key/secret/passphrase, I get an error: Access denied: Invalid API key And no transactions import. When creating the key, the URL I'm on is app.okx.com and I am from Australia Workaround I need to import my data using CSV files instead
