Issues encountered when syncing the wallet using the API or importing CSV files

Pulsechain (PLS) API: Some Pulsechain transactions are not imported

When I sync my Pulsechain wallet using my public key, some of the transactions are missing. I noticed that they are also missing from the main explorer ( scan.pulsechain.com ) though visible on another one ( otter.pulsechain.com )
