API/CSV issues (public)

There are some users experiencing this recurring issue when the wallets simply refuse to sync with this error. These kind of accounts do start to sync at a certain point if a start date is set. One particular wallet refused to sync from beginning > Jan 2025 > June 2025 and only allowed the sync from January 2026 to now. The problem is, after this January 2026>now sync, I can’t sync June>January 2026 to fill in the gaps and so on. We should investigate and give a clear warning or a workaround allowing custom date range syncs to fill up the gaps.

Wallets seem to import data in and around 10-15 k range and then just stop with this error. Setting a start date on imports doesn't seem to work because the importer still references the old transaction. Requesting to increase the limit. or Allow periodical syncs in batches. or Allow to honour a start sync from without referencing past transactions.

Ordinals wallets appeared to stop syncing. This is a relatively new issue most likely related to the API providers. We are looking into it, developers are notified.

Some wallets are failing with this error, zero transactions are imported. It is a strange issue because a user with multiple wallets will have all of them synced but one will fail. Tried resyncing/adding the wallet again over multiple instances and environments.

I've tried many times over the last few days to import my flare transactions using my public address. I only did this because the API said it had been upgraded and some of my transactions were not being added properly or not showing up at all (specifically a flare based token called $Phil). So I deleted the wallet, which was almost perfect before, just to get screwed on this API down code 504 when trying to resync the wallet. Now I am stressing with the tax deadline quickly approaching. Please help as I have tried everything I can, including downloading the CVS files, only to have the format incompatible with Koinly. There appears to be a sync error for this integration. Some transactions are being imported but not all. Developers are notified about this issue and will investigate ASAP.

There seems to be an issue for some users with this warning. CSV files also fail with the same error. The only workaround is to adapt the file to Koinly format. Developers are notified about this issue and will be fixing it shortly.

When I sync my base wallet using my public key, some of my transactions are not imported, showing an error in import history: To amount must be greater than 0 These are dust rewards I received for my Uniswap V3 positions and they should be imported.
